Faith Teen Center will be a safe haven where these issues and hurts will be dealt with by the love of God and caring staff. Our goal is to heal the entire family through counseling sessions with the parent or guardian.

• 1 out of 11 teens commit SUICIDE each year
• 1 out of 10 fifteen year olds and younger have gone through family divorce in their life-time
• 58% have been involved in objectionable content on the web
• 40% have experimented with SELF-INJURY (Cutting)
• Use of prescription DRUGS (Ritalin, anti-depressants, etc.) by children/teens has increased substantially in the past few years

• 45% Drank alcohol during the past month
• 21% Used marijuana during the past month
• 52% Have had sexual intercourse
• 39% Have had sexual intercourse during the past three months
• 82% Did not use birth control pills during last sexual intercourse
• 71% Have tried cigarette smoking
• 33% Smoked cigarettes during the past month
